An all-metal handle made to be fitted with interchangeable modeling tips. Compared with plastic handles it offers greater weight and rigidity — the tool does not rock in your hand, it holds its direction better and fine strokes are more precise. The blue anodized finish is not just looks: if you use several handles with different tips, the color distinction lets you reach for the right tool without thinking.
A practical tip: fit each handle with one frequently used tip and leave them fitted permanently — frequently swapping over a single handle is a delay that a set of color-distinguished handles solves elegantly. The metal body stands up even to thorough cleaning of paint and glue; a cloth with alcohol is enough.
