Modular System Workshop - small display case is a smaller display case module from the workshop line of AMMO of Mig Jimenez. It suits one finished model, a small vignette or work in progress that you want to protect from dust.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is equipment for the modeling bench, not a kit. The smaller variant of the display case module from the modular workshop line of AMMO of Mig Jimenez encloses a space for one displayed piece. The dimensions, the material and the way it opens are stated on the box; from the larger version of the same line this module differs in size.
A large case makes sense for a collection, a small one for a single piece. Typically that is a model you are just finishing and do not want to leave on the bench exposed to dust for a week, a vignette with a figure, or a smaller scale that would be lost in a large case. The second case is a working one: a model in progress can be put under the case between the individual stages, so dust does not settle on dried clear coat and nobody knocks into it while tidying up. A smaller module is also easier to place on a shelf or in an already crowded workplace.
It is enough to wipe the transparent surfaces with a dry or only slightly damp cloth, always lightly and in one direction, because polishing in circles creates fine scratches that then dull the case. Solvents and window cleaners do not belong here. Put a model into the case only after the clear coat has fully cured and do not place the case in direct sunlight, otherwise the paints and decals will fade. If you use the case as temporary protection for a build in progress, watch out for protruding antennas and photo-etched parts while putting it on.
This is a display case module, not a model kit. Neither a model nor accessories are included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
