A product for cleaning an airbrush, carried under the designation MRP-AC in the Mr.Paint range. The package holds 60 ml. It comes into its own twice: when changing shade, where it is enough to flush the cup out, and at the end of the work, when the airbrush is taken apart and cleaned thoroughly. Remains of dried paint in the nozzle and around the needle are the most common cause of an uneven spray, of spitting and of intermittent running, so regular cleaning saves more time than it takes.
The cleaner is not a thinner and is not used to thin paint. The manufacturer gives the procedure, the dwell time and the parts of the airbrush the product is suitable for on the packaging; seals and plastic parts tend to be sensitive to chemicals, so it pays to read the instructions before you put the airbrush in to soak. Work in a ventilated area and follow the safety information on the packaging. With paints from lines other than the brand's own range, go by what their manufacturer recommends for cleaning, because products are rarely interchangeable between lines and the difference only shows on a damaged airbrush.
