Muddy ground, a texture paste (100 ml)

This is an acrylic modeling paste for creating a realistic soaked, muddy surface on dioramas, vignettes and bases. It is not a paint or a kit, but a ready texture compound prepared for immediate use. The package contains 100 ml.

Use

  • Lay it on with a spatula or an old brush onto the areas where equipment moved.
  • The paste can be mixed with pigments and with gloss effects for various degrees of wetness.
  • It is thinned, and the tools are cleaned, with ordinary water.
  • Once it has dried the surface can be tuned with washes and deposits on the running gear and tracks.

Who it is for

For diorama builders and modelers of equipment who make waterlogged roads, fords and deposits of mud. It suits the large scales down to the small ones.

Let it dry for at least 24 hours. The product is odorless and non-toxic; keep it out of the reach of children and do not swallow it.

Yes, it suits deposits of mud on running gear, tracks and the lower parts of vehicles; once dry you tune it with washes.

The paste and the tools can be thinned and cleaned with ordinary water until it dries.

It is usable across a wide range, roughly from 1:16 to 1:72.
