Responsibility details are not available.
A sticker with the motif of the British Supermarine Spitfire Mk.IX fighter. The maker Omask states a size of 15 cm and a black finish for this variant. It is neither a modeling mask nor a decal for a model: it is merchandise you put on the things around you, on a modeling cabinet, a tool case, a laptop or a car door. The black variant stands out on a light surface; the same subject is made in white as well for dark areas.
The Spitfire Mk.IX came about as a quick answer to the appearance of more powerful opponents. Into an airframe essentially answering to the previous version it received a Rolls-Royce Merlin engine of the 60 series with a two-stage two-speed supercharger, which gave it back its performance at great heights. Its recognition features are the longer nose, radiators under both wing halves and, most often, a four-blade propeller. The Mk.IX became one of the most widespread versions of the type and served with a number of Allied units including the Czechoslovak squadrons.
For modelers and lovers of aviation who want a small something on the theme rather than another part for a part-built model. It also suits as a small extra to go with a kit.
It is merchandise, not a modeling set.
