An ultrafine pigment in the form of a loose powder from AK Interactive in a light ocher orange rust shade. It is not a covering paint but a weathering material. Light ocher rust is used as the top, fresher layer of corrosion effects: it is layered over darker rust and creates a three-dimensional transition from deep to light rust. It suits exhausts, metal parts and running rust marks on vehicles, ships and equipment. The package holds 35 ml. It is applied dry, or wet with a pigment fixer or mineral spirits.
For modelers of vehicles, ships and dioramas who want realistic layered rust with fresh ocher tones.
The pigment is a fine powder: do not breathe it in, work in a ventilated area and consider a protective mask. Paints and a fixer are not included in the package.
