OLIVE DRAB SHADOW

Olive Drab Shadow - an AMMO of Mig Jimenez acrylic paint

This is an acrylic modeling paint in a dark olive green shade, intended as the shadow, that is the darkest, component of the color modulation of the Olive Drab range. The paint is thinnable with water, odorless and non-toxic, formulated for application with a brush and with an airbrush. It is not a kit but a paint for finishing a model.

Use

• Shading deep areas, gaps and lower surfaces on vehicles in an olive green finish.
• Ideal for American vehicles from the Second World War through Korea to Vietnam, where the Olive Drab shade was the standard.
• It is combined with the other shades of the same range (base, light base, high light) for a smooth transition of light and shadow.
• Applied in thin coats; for an airbrush it is thinned with water or with acrylic thinner.

Who it is for

For modelers of military vehicles who want to bring out the volume and depth of a finish with modulation, and for beginners, for whom a ready range of shades saves mixing.

An acrylic paint thinnable with water. Work in a ventilated room and use respiratory protection when airbrushing. Keep out of the reach of children.
