Woodland Scenics Sitting Figures are a set of six hand-painted figures in HO scale, which will bring a platform, a park or the terrace of a cafe to life.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of six finished figures of seated people for layouts and dioramas in HO scale, which corresponds to 1:87. The figures are of plastic, finely shaped and hand-painted, so they need neither assembly nor painting and only have to be set in place. The set holds four male and two female figures in different poses, among them a reading pair, a pair in conversation and a man sitting on the ground with his back against a wall.
Benches, chairs and tables are not part of the set, so allow for them separately. Fix the figures with a small drop of PVA or cyanoacrylate glue, so that they do not scatter when the layout is handled. You can even out the difference between the factory paint and the surroundings with a light overspray of matte varnish and a fine dark wash, which brings out the folds of the clothing. Place the figures in small groups with their gaze turned to what is going on in the scene, as that looks more natural than regular spacing. Sitting figures also come into their own where standing ones look static, that is in waiting rooms, in cars and at rest areas along the track.
The figures are supplied finished and painted. Benches, accessories and glue are not included in the package.
