This superfine powder pigment with a metallic sheen serves to create the effect of polished chrome. It is applied over a previously painted, ideally smooth and dark base and then burnished with a finger or a soft cloth, which produces a rich metallic shine. It is a pigment, not a conventional opaque paint.
