This is a set of needle (modeling) files of the Model Craft brand. The file is among the most frequently used tools on the modeling bench – it serves to remove the remains of sprue gates, to level the mold seams and to refine the shape of parts. The set usually combines several profiles (flat, round, half-round and three-square) so as to cover flat surfaces as well as recesses and edges that are hard to reach.
Suitable for plastic as well as resin modelers, for home builders and for fine mechanics wherever precise handwork in a small scale is needed.
Use the files with a stroke away from the body and clamp the part firmly. Do not breathe in the metal dust and work in a well ventilated space.
