DSPIAE PMT-H07 Precut Masking Tape is masking tape with pre-cut hexagons 7 mm in size. The shapes only have to be peeled off and stuck down; nothing gets cut out.

Masking material for painting. On the tape there are hexagons 7 mm in size cut out in advance, so the most tiresome thing about masking geometric patterns falls away: cutting the same shapes out accurately and repeatably with a knife along a rule. You peel the individual shapes off, stick them on the model and spray. This is the 7 mm variant; the manufacturer makes hexagons in other sizes as well, so you can grade the pattern to the scale of the model.
Always press the edges of a stuck-down shape well, best with a toothpick or a blunt point, or the paint will creep under. Spray in thin coats and at right angles to the surface, so that the paint does not get under the edge. Lift the tape shortly after the paint has dried, slowly and at a slant across the edge, not straight up, so as not to tear the base coat off. Do not stick a mask onto a fresh or soft coat, and on delicate surfaces lower the tack of the tape beforehand by sticking it to the back of your hand and pulling it off.
Check the length of the roll, the number of shapes and the material of the tape on the package.
