The round brush Professional Round Brush Kolinsky (3/0) from the manufacturer Amazing Art is set with natural Kolinsky sable hair, that is the winter coat of the Siberian weasel. That coat is prized because it is springy, draws together into a sharp tip and picks up more thinned paint than comparable synthetic hair. Size 3/0 is one step larger than the finest 5/0. It still draws a very thin line, but it picks up more paint, so it has to be reloaded less often. The manufacturer supplies the Kolinsky range from size 5/0 up to size 8.
Natural hair is more sensitive to handling than synthetics. Do not let paint dry in it, do not soak it up to the ferrule and do not use it for glues or loose pigments. For aggressive lacquer paints and their thinners reach for a synthetic brush instead, as they make the hair harden and break. Wash acrylics out with soapy water, draw the hair into a tip and store it tip up.
