PS2 Red Spray

Tamiya PS-2 Red - a spray for polycarbonate

PS-2 Red is an aerosol lacquer paint from the special PS range intended primarily for clear polycarbonate (Lexan) bodies of RC models. The can holds 100 ml. The paint forms a flexible, well-adhering film that takes the flexing of a Lexan shell and resists fuel and dirt.

Use

• It is sprayed on the INSIDE of the clear polycarbonate body
• Degrease the body before spraying and peel the protective film off the inside only
• Spray from a distance of roughly 25 to 30 cm in thin coats
• A deep red shade suited to racing and road bodies alike

Who the paint is for

For RC modelers who paint Lexan bodies of cars, buggies or truck models. On the ordinary polystyrene (hard) plastic of kits it is usable only with care and after a test on an offcut, because the PS range was developed for flexible polycarbonate.

A pressurized aerosol, flammable. Use it in a well-ventilated area away from flame and protect your airways. Do not pierce the can or throw it into a fire.
