PS61 Metallic Orange Spray

Tamiya PS-61 Metallic Orange - a 100 ml Lexan spray

An aerosol lacquer spray developed for the clear polycarbonate (Lexan) bodies of RC models. Metallic Orange is a rich orange with a fine metallic sheen. One 100 ml can is usually enough for one body, and the paint resists oils and fuels, so it can be used on nitro models as well.

Use

• Shake it well before use and spray from a distance of about 25 to 30 cm.
• The body is painted from the inside so that the outer side stays smooth and glossy.
• Work in thin coats with pauses for flashing off, not in one thick coat.
• The metallic pigment comes out better over a light (white or silver) base.

Who it is for

For RC modelers finishing the Lexan bodies of cars and buggies. It is not suitable for ordinary polystyrene models - the lacquer solvent would damage the plastic.

Flammable aerosol under pressure. Spray in a well-ventilated area, away from open flame and with respiratory protection. Not to be used on ordinary plastic models.
