RAL 6003 Olivgrün Opt.2 - an acrylic paint (17 ml, AMMO)

This is a modeling paint, not a kit. RAL 6003 Olivgrün Opt.2 is a water-thinnable acrylic from AMMO of Mig Jimenez in a 17 ml bottle. It is thinned with water or AMMO acrylic thinner, it is odorless, and both tools and an airbrush are cleaned with water. The RAL 6003 (olive green) shade belongs to the camouflage colors of German vehicles of the Second World War; it was used from 1943 until the end of the war as one of the green components of the three-color camouflage applied over the base dark yellow. The designation Opt.2 refers to the lighter variant of this shade. It is not a lacquer.

Use

• The green component of German three-color vehicle camouflage of the Second World War
• Applied in patches or bands over the base dark yellow
• Airbrush: thin with water or acrylic thinner and apply in thin coats
• Brush: rather several thin coats than one heavy one
• Shake the bottle thoroughly before use, as the pigment settles to the bottom
