Red

AK Interactive Red

A deep red artists' oil paint packed in a 20 ml tube. It is a paint on an oil (solvent) base with a high proportion of quality pigments and a reduced oil content, which gives a more matte and natural-looking layer. It is thinned with mineral spirits (White Spirit) or turpentine, not with water.

Use

• Making filters and shifting the color tone of larger areas subtly
• Mixing with other shades for your own variants and smooth transitions
• Bringing out details, uniforms and fabrics on figures
• The long drying time allows comfortable blending and soft mixing directly on the model

Who it is for

For modelers and figure painters who work with oil techniques and want full control over transitions, weathering and color effects.

The paint contains binders and solvents. Work in a well-ventilated space, keep away from children, and use mineral spirits (White Spirit) or turpentine for thinning.
