An extensive collector's kit of the ocean liner RMS Titanic from COBI — the model is built from plastic bricks that fit together without glue.
Responsibility details are not available.
A model of the famous ocean liner built from plastic bricks. The pieces are joined by clicking them together, so you need no glue, no abrasive paper, no putty and no paints to assemble it — the bricks are colored through. It is a model for long evenings and for permanent display, not a kit for a single afternoon. The number of pieces, the length of the finished model and the contents of the package are stated on the box. Watch out for one mix-up: this is not a conventional plastic kit glued with cement, of which Titanic kits also exist, but a model made of bricks.
The RMS Titanic was a British ocean liner of the White Star Line, one of the three ships of the Olympic class. Characteristic is the silhouette with four funnels, of which the last carried no smoke from the boiler rooms and served for ventilation, and with long promenade decks. The ship set out on her first voyage from England to New York in April 1912 and, after striking an iceberg, sank on the night of April 14 to 15. It is precisely the proportions of the hull and the superstructure that are what you will see best on the model as you build it.
The kit is supplied unassembled. No glue, paints or tools are needed to assemble it.
