Fengda BD-431: set of cleaning needles and coils

The set of cleaning needles and coils from Fengda is a practical accessory for maintaining an airbrush. It contains needles of several diameters (roughly 0.5 to 1.4 mm) wound into flexible coils. The coiled shape is deliberate: when drawn through the channels of the body it spares the seals and reduces the risk of damaging the internal surfaces. Dried paint and dirt are the most common cause of an uneven spray pattern, which is why regular cleaning pays off.

Use

• Pick a needle of the matching diameter and gently clean the channels and passages of the airbrush body with it
• Use it together with a cleaning solution or thinner to dissolve dried paint
• The needles are for cleaning the body and the passages, not for drawing through the fine nozzle, which is cleaned more gently
• Clean the airbrush after every painting session, and thoroughly whenever you change color

Who it is for

For anyone who works with an airbrush, from beginners to experienced modelers. Basic equipment that belongs with every airbrush.

The needles are thin and sharp, so handle them with care. Keep out of the reach of children.
