Mown meadow, spring (Model Scene, Standard range)

This is a grass foliage from the basic Standard range measuring approximately 18x28 cm. It faithfully imitates a freshly mown lawn in rich green spring shades of the kind found on tended areas during the growing season. The foliage has a soft, flexible backing that is easy to shape and fit to the terrain, and a finely irregular texture for maximum fidelity. The material is UV stable. The maker is the Czech brand Model Scene.

Use

• Trim the foliage to the shape needed and glue it onto the base of a layout or a diorama.
• For larger areas use PVA glue; for smaller vignettes a contact adhesive is enough.
• Suitable for parks, gardens, sports grounds, public spaces and the edges of villages.
• Blend the transition into the surroundings with static grass or scatter.

Who it is for

• Layout builders who want to furnish tended grass areas quickly.
• Makers of dioramas with a spring and summer atmosphere.
• Modelers who appreciate a handmade and UV stable material.

This is a finished scenic material to be glued down; glue is not included in the package.
