Responsibility details are not available.
A modeling paint from Hataka's Orange Line. The shade carries the name Signal Yellow and the designation RAL 1003. RAL is a European system of color shades in which every shade has its own number. It is exactly where warning and marking colors are listed, the ones used on handling machines, lifting equipment, factory markings and conspicuous features at airfields and railway stations.
Stir the bottle thoroughly before use; the pigment settles at the bottom. Choose the thinner and the thinning ratio according to the manufacturer's instructions on the packaging, that is, always the thinner intended for this line. Spray in thin coats and let them become tacky in between. A single heavy coat floods the engraving and rounds off the edges, and with yellow it easily gives an uneven surface as well.
Yellow is among the worst covering shades of all. On a dark or uneven base it darkens and changes tone according to what lies underneath. So spray a light base first, white or a very light gray, let it dry and only then lay on the yellow. Patience pays off more than the thickness of the coat: several thin passes give a clean color, one heavy pass gives blotches and marks from the brush or the nozzle.
The paint itself is supplied. Thinner, primer and varnish are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
