Splinter Camouflage Base - a Vallejo Panzer Aces acrylic paint

A single matte, water-thinnable acrylic paint from the specialized Panzer Aces line. It serves as the base ground tone for painting the German splinter camouflage pattern, for example on the camouflage smocks and equipment of figures. It is supplied in a dropper bottle as one separate paint; the spots of the pattern are then drawn in with the following shades of the line.

Use

• It is laid on with a brush onto a primed ground.
• It makes the base area onto which the spots and stripes of the camouflage pattern are painted.
• It is thinned and cleaned with water, or with an acrylic medium for glazes.
• It dries quickly to a matte, self-leveling surface.
