This is neither a paint nor a tool in the ordinary sense, but a consumable aid: fifty stainless steel beads that are dropped into a bottle of paint. When the bottle is shaken the bead runs around the bottom and breaks up the settled pigment, which would otherwise stay there as a hard layer. Stainless steel does not corrode and does not release rust, so a bead can be rinsed out and used again once the bottle is empty.
