A plastic kit of the robot The Emperor from the LBX line. The model is supplied unassembled and is put together according to the enclosed instructions.
Responsibility details are not available.
The LBX line covers plastic kits of small battle robots from a Japanese entertainment series. The machines differ from one another in the shape of their armor, their silhouette and their armament, and they are usually collected several at a time, because side by side they form a coherent group. This model goes under the name The Emperor.
The package holds parts and instructions, so the model only comes into being on the table. How many parts it has, how they are joined and whether further accessories belong with it is stated by the manufacturer on the packaging; those details are not stated here. Work through the steps of the instructions and do not rush, as on figure models a mistake in the order of assembly is hard to put right. It pays to work over a surface with a raised rim, because small parts have a tendency to jump under the table.
Cut the flash left from production off with a sharp knife a little way from the part and sand the remainder with fine paper. If you want to paint the model, wash the parts in lukewarm soapy water beforehand and let them dry, otherwise the paint will not hold on a greasy surface. Apply the paint in thin coats and let them dry thoroughly; the final clear coat belongs on a perfectly dry surface only. Display the finished model out of direct sunlight, because plastic changes color with light over time, and dust it with a soft brush rather than a cloth, which catches on protruding parts.
The package holds a kit. Paints, glue, clear coats and tools are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
