A tournament tray is an aid for carrying finished models and figures and for setting them aside off the work surface. You move an arrangement on it all at once, without touching the individual pieces with your fingers, and put it to one side the moment you need to free up room for work or for a game. This item is the second version of the tray; the earlier version is sold separately.
Arrange the models on the tray so that they do not touch one another and so that thin parts such as barrels, antennas or hand weapons point in toward the middle. Lift the tray with both hands and carry it level; a sharp tilt will shift even the heavier pieces. Keep the surface clean, wipe dust and paint residue off with a dry or slightly damp cloth and let the tray dry before you stand painted models on it.
It suits players of tabletop games with figures who take a collection to tournaments and game meetings, and modelers who need to clear part-built pieces off the desk and still have them at hand. It also comes in useful while painting, when several parts dry in one place at the same time.
