The subdued green Dirty Green from Lifecolor is aimed where growth is no longer fresh but mixed with the dust and dirt of masonry.

A pure green almost never works on a diorama with buildings. The vegetation by a wall is dusty, suppressed by shadow and dulled by running water. The acrylic shade Dirty Green is named after precisely this phase and serves as the middle link between fresh green and the earthy tones of masonry.
In the layering of shades each one has its place. The darkest tone sits in the shadows and joints, the lightest touches only the edges and the places light falls on. The middle tone, such as this one, holds the whole area together and makes sure the transition between the outer shades does not break. Without it a scene looks contrasty and poster-like, even when both outer tones are chosen correctly. On architecture it shows doubly, because a wall has a large continuous area and every jump in tone is visible on it.
For modelers who build overgrown corners, abandoned structures and scenes with long-unmaintained architecture. It will also serve well as a subduing tone over finished vegetation, when its richness needs to be pulled back and it needs to be settled into its setting.
Keep out of the reach of children and paint in a well-ventilated area.
