WWII RAF Middle Stone (Mr.Paint)

A pre-thinned lacquer (acrylic lacquer) model paint from Mr.Paint intended exclusively for application with an airbrush. The shade matches the British sandy yellow Middle Stone, which the RAF used in the Second World War on the upper surfaces of the desert camouflage scheme together with the shade Dark Earth. This finish was chosen so that aircraft would blend with the desert terrain of North Africa and the Middle East. The paint is ready to spray straight from the bottle, has a fine pigment and good covering power, dries quickly and leaves a semi-gloss surface. The bottle volume is 30 ml.

Use

• The upper surfaces of British RAF aircraft in the desert camouflage scheme
• Service in North Africa and in the Middle East in the Second World War (together with Dark Earth)
• Applied with an airbrush in thin coats, ideally over a good primer
• If needed, thin with the matching thinner for lacquer paints of the same brand
