About product

Mr.Paint WWII US Azure Blue ANA609 (30 ml)

A solvent-based modeling lacquer from the Slovak manufacturer Mr.Paint. The Azure Blue (ANA609) shade matches the azure blue used on the undersides of American aircraft during the campaign in North Africa in the Second World War. The lacquer is pre-thinned for immediate spraying with an airbrush, and the package holds 30 ml.

Use

  • Intended for the airbrush only, pre-thinned for direct application.
  • It can be thinned further only with lacquer thinner, never with water.
  • Suitable for the undersides of aircraft of the North African campaign.
  • Spray in thin coats on a degreased base, ideally over a primer.

Who it is for

For modelers of American aircraft from the fighting in North Africa who want the faithful underside shade typical of that campaign.

The lacquer is flammable and contains organic solvents. Work in a well-ventilated space, with a respirator and away from sources of ignition.
