Tamiya XF-11 J.N. Green, matte acrylic paint 23 ml

XF-11 J.N. Green is a matte acrylic paint from Tamiya with a volume of 23 ml. The XF range is matte at Tamiya and the X range gloss; this is a water-thinnable acrylic, which for the airbrush is thinned with X-20A acrylic thinner. Take care not to confuse them: the thinner X-20 without the letter A is for enamels, while acrylics take X-20A. The shade represents the green of the upper surfaces of the aircraft of the Imperial Japanese Navy Air Service from the period of the Second World War.

Use

• It is applied with a brush as well as with an airbrush, on plastic, resin, wood and other modeling materials
• For spraying, thin it with X-20A thinner (roughly 2:1 to 3:1 paint to thinner)
• Before it dries, tools and fresh spots can be washed off with water
• Suitable for the upper camouflage surfaces of Japanese naval machines
• Saturation is achieved with thin coats over a dry surface
