XF-14 J.A. Grey is a matte acrylic paint from Tamiya with a volume of 23 ml. The XF range is matte and the X range gloss; this is a water-thinnable acrylic, which for the airbrush is thinned with X-20A acrylic thinner (do not confuse it with X-20 for enamels). The shade represents the gray of the undersides of the aircraft of the Japanese Army Air Force from the period of the Second World War.
