Mr.Paint Yellow Brown is a solvent-based modeling lacquer paint in a yellow-brown shade matching the RAL 8020 Braun standard. This tropical color was the dominant tone of the later German desert camouflage in North Africa, where it prevailed over the supplementary gray. The paint is thinned with lacquer (cellulose) thinner, not with water, and is ready for spraying with an airbrush in extremely thin coats.

Use

• The dominant yellow-brown shade of German desert camouflage.
• Applied with an airbrush in an extremely thin coat with strong coverage.
• Thinned with the lacquer thinner for paints of this type, never with water.
• It dries quickly to a smooth, finely satin surface.
• Compatible with a gloss lacquer coat under decals and with a matte varnish at the end.
• Shake the bottle thoroughly before use.

Who it is for

For modelers who build German armored and military vehicles from the fighting in North Africa and want an accurate yellow-brown base. The lacquer base gives thin and smooth coats applied with an airbrush, holds excellently on plastic and on metal and takes subsequent weathering with washes and pigments. Do not mix it with water-thinnable acrylics or with enamel paints.
