A modeling accessory from Top Studio. These are miniature rivets with a hexagonal head 0.5 mm in diameter, which replace flat or missing imitations of bolts and rivets on a model. It is not a kit but a set of small detail parts for raising the realism.
Rivets with a hexagonal head stand for the bolts and fasteners on a body, a frame, an engine or a chassis. The type (A) marks one particular head shape in the Top Studio range. The smallest size, 0.5 mm, suits discreet, fine detail.
A fine hole is drilled in the model, the rivet is inserted and secured with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) or epoxy. Tweezers and applying the glue in spots make the job easier. Once fitted, the parts can be sprayed over with paint as needed.
The accessory is supplied unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
