Responsibility details are not available.
A model of a particular object of the Czechoslovak prewar fortifications in the small 1:1000 scale. The subject is the isolated left-hand infantry casemate T-S 52b named Na skale, meaning on the rock, which stands in the village of Chvalec (the Petrikovice cadastre) near Trutnov. The model captures the shape of this casemate and suits a collection as well as an element in a small diorama of the fortification line.
T-S 52b belonged to the section of Engineer Group Command VI Trutnov and was the first infantry casemate to be concreted in the Petrikovice subsection; it was concreted in the spring of 1938 in resistance class II. It was an isolated left-hand casemate which with its weapons closed off the area of Petrikovice and worked together with the neighboring objects of the line. During the occupation it lost its armored elements and was damaged. Today it is part of the heritage of the Czechoslovak border fortifications of the late 1930s.
We recommend cleaning the model of any flash and gluing it so that the edges of the embrasures and walls line up. For a faithful look, concrete gray shades with fine weathering work well, completed by greenery and the surrounding terrain. The small scale rewards careful work with pigments and a dry brush.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
