Brengun 1:144 steel containers, four pieces are a diorama accessory for scenes in 1:144 scale, not a model or a kit. They fill free space on a base and give a scene both scale and the logic of real operations.

A set of four steel shipping containers intended for a diorama in 1:144 scale. According to the product name the box holds four pieces. It is not an airplane model or a kit but scene equipment that is added to a model and to a base. It is made by the Czech brand Brengun.
A container is an object that looks convincing almost anywhere something is stored or transferred: at the edge of an apron, by a hangar, at a freight ramp, in a port and at a military post. That is exactly why it is a rewarding element with which to close off the edge of a diorama or to cover a spot where there would otherwise be a distracting change of terrain. Four pieces let you set up a row or a group, which looks more natural than a single isolated object.
The basic mistake with a set of identical objects is to paint them all the same; the result then looks like goods in a shop rather than things in use. So paint each piece a little differently: a different base shade, a different degree of fading, rust marks in different places. Rust is done sparingly in 1:144 scale; it is enough to suggest darker patches in the lower part and along the vertical corrugations of the sheet, with no drawing of individual spots of corrosion. The corrugated surface comes out beautifully after a dark wash and a light dry brush in a paler shade along the edges. Do not paint lettering in this scale: readable text does not exist at that size and painted on it only distracts; a fine light patch suggesting the markings is more convincing.
This is a diorama accessory, not a model kit. The base, groundwork material and paints are not included in the package.
