The package contains 30 pieces of turned metal imitations of hexagonal bolt heads from the Polish maker Aber. The head measures 0.85 x 1.30 mm, so this is very fine hardware for the most demanding places. It is not a model or a kit but a detail accessory that replaces coarse plastic bolt heads.
The heads are set into pre-drilled holes or glued straight onto the surface. The sharp turned hexagon gives a realistic look once painted and weathered that molded plastic parts cannot manage.
For experienced modelers with an eye for detail and a steady hand. Because of the small dimensions, tweezers, a magnifier and fine drill bits are needed.
The accessory is supplied unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
