Turned metal gun barrels, MASTER 1:200 - the anti-aircraft armament of the battleship Bismarck. It is not a ship model but a set of barrels for the light anti-aircraft armament.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is not a ship model but a set of turned metal gun barrels in 1:200 scale from the Polish maker MASTER. The set is aimed at the light anti-aircraft armament and contains sixteen barrels for the 37 mm SK C/30, twelve barrels for the 20 mm C/30 and eight barrels for the 20 mm C/38. The metal barrels replace the tiny plastic parts from a kit, which tend to be bent and blunt, with accurate geometry and a sharp muzzle, and the difference is especially clear in the large 1:200 scale.
The Bismarck was a German battleship of the class of the same name, one of the largest and best known ships of the Kriegsmarine. Her only combat sortie in May 1941 ended with the sinking of the British battlecruiser Hood and then of the Bismarck herself. The light anti-aircraft armament formed an important layer of her defense.
Cut the tiny barrels off carefully and clean up the ends. Glue with cyanoacrylate. Degrease the metal before painting and apply a metal primer. The barrel muzzles are already drilled, so you get a realistic view into the barrel without laboriously drilling plastic.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
