The model captures a car of the Japanese Formula 3000 championship of 1991 in the Leyton House team livery. The kit contains a decal sheet for the period finish of the single-seater. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The Lola T90-50 was a single-seat racing car of the Formula 3000 category, an open series that was the pinnacle of circuit racing in Japan and a springboard to Formula 1. The cars were powered by powerful naturally aspirated engines and ran on racing tires with aerodynamic downforce wings.
Smooth the body, apply a primer and paint with an airbrush. The bold Leyton House color scheme comes out on a smooth gloss base, and a clear coat will blend the sponsor decals in. Finish the interior and the tires in matte shades.
