Yahu Models 1:24 Mosquito II / VI is a finished color photo-etched instrument panel for the night fighter and fighter-bomber versions of the Mosquito. It drops into the cockpit with no painting.

The set is not a kit of an aircraft but an addition for the cockpit. It holds a photo-etched instrument panel printed in color at the factory, with legible dials and fine relief that cannot be achieved in kit plastic. The form matches the combat versions of the Mosquito with a cockpit for a crew of two seated side by side, that is, both the night fighter and the fighter-bomber. In the large 1:24 scale the pilot's workplace is markedly visible with the entry open or the canopy hinged back, so the difference from a plastic part is apparent at a glance.
The de Havilland Mosquito was a British twin-engined aircraft famous above all for its construction from plywood and balsa, thanks to which it could be built even in furniture workshops while being very fast. It was powered by a pair of V12 Rolls-Royce Merlin engines. The night fighter version carried radar and heavy gun armament in the nose, while the fighter-bomber form made its name in attacks on ground targets and precise raids from low level. Both versions had a crew of a pilot and a navigator.
Try the part dry first and only then glue it. The plastic panel from the kit usually has to have its raised instruments removed, so that the photo-etched part seats flat and the cockpit can be closed. Use cyanoacrylate glue in a small amount or a glue intended for photo-etched parts, applied with a wooden stick along the edges. Protect the printed surfaces from grease off your fingers and from solvents. A drop of clear gloss varnish in each instrument creates the illusion of glazed dials.
This is an addition for the cockpit, not a kit of an aircraft. The model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
