This is a figure in 1:24 scale carrying the designation Noa. Before buying, go by the name of the item and, if necessary, check the contents of the package in the manufacturer's catalog by the code. The same figure is also made in the larger 1:20 scale, so you can choose the size according to what you want to build it for.
With figures, 1:24 scale is often chosen because it goes with car models, which are most often built in this size. For a person about 180 cm tall it corresponds to a height of roughly 7.5 cm. It is a size at which the details of the face and the clothing are still well within reach of a brush, and at the same time the figure does not take up much room on a shelf.
The extent of the parts and the assembly procedure are stated in the manufacturer's instructions included in the package. Cut the excess material and the traces of manufacture away with a sharp blade a little distance from the part and carefully sand off the remainder, so that the surface detail is not rubbed away. Wash and degrease the figure before painting. A primer coat proves useful, then the face and the exposed parts, and only at the end the clothing and the accessories. Thin the paint and build it up a little at a time; one thick application fills in the fine detail and cannot be taken back.
The figure goes with a car model of the same size and equally works as a piece in its own right on a shelf. It also comes into its own in a small scene where a human scale is needed to bring an otherwise static still life to life. Paints, glue and a base are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
