It is not a model but an accessory that replaces the simplified plastic discs with a faithful metal imitation with the bored holes. Drilled brake discs have holes bored across the face, which improve the cooling and carry the gases away from under the pads. They are typical of sporting and high-performance cars.
Cut the parts from the fret, glue any layers together with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) and fit them onto the wheel hub. Paint the surface in a steel or graphite shade and accent it with a wash for an effect of wear.
