An injection-molded plastic kit of a car in 1:24 scale from the Japanese manufacturer Aoshima. It depicts the luxury Japanese coupe Toyota Soarer of the third generation (code JZZ30) in its 1996 version, completed by an aerodynamic body kit from the Vertex brand in the style of tuning conversions. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The Toyota Soarer JZZ30 was a powerful two-door GT with the 2JZ-GE inline six-cylinder engine, counting on comfort and sporting driving alike. The version with Vertex additions is a typical example of the Japanese tuning scene at the turn of the 1990s, when a production coupe was dressed in wider bumpers, sills and wings on large wheels.
It is advisable to treat the body with primer first and to polish the paint to a high gloss, or else to run clear varnish over it. Glue the chrome and glazed parts with thin cement carefully, so that no marks arise. The set is as a rule completed by masking stickers for the window frames, which make painting easier. Assemble and clean up the Vertex aero body parts and the large wheels carefully, because they are visually prominent.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
