A set of four printed wall world maps in the form of stickers in 1:24 scale. An important note right at the start: these are self-adhesive sheets, not classic waterslide decals, so the motif only has to be cut out, peeled off and stuck onto the wall of a model room.
A map on the wall tells you at once where the story is set: an office, a command post, a classroom, an editorial room or an adventurer's study. It is exactly such small things that set a living interior apart from an empty box, because the viewer's eye stops on them and the scene gains depth. With four pieces in the package you can decorate several rooms, or you can combine the maps on one wall with other printed matter and furniture in 1:24 scale.
Stick the stickers onto a smooth, clean and dry surface. Cut the motif out with a sharp knife along the edge, lay it in place and press from the center out to the edges so that no bubbles are left under the film. If you want to even the sheen out with the surroundings, spray the wall and the map with a matte clear coat; a faded, years-old look comes from a very light dusting with a pale pigment or a thinned filter.
