This is a resin detail accessory, not a model. It is a flexible ammunition belt 300 mm long that can be shaped into convincing loops and sags. It serves to render the feed belts of machine guns on First World War aircraft realistically.
The belt is used when detailing machine gun positions and weapons on models from the First World War era in 1:32 scale. Thanks to the flexible material it can be bent, threaded and arranged as though it really ran to the breech of the weapon or into a magazine.
Cut the belt to the length you need and shape it gently. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). After priming, the individual rounds come out in shades of brass and steel; a darker wash in the recesses accentuates the transitions.
The accessory is supplied unpainted. Paints, glue and the base model are not included in the package.
