A colored photo-etched instrument panel from Yahu Models for a B-24D Liberator model in 1:32 scale replaces the plastic instrument panel with a realistic, factory-painted part.

A detailing accessory from the Yahu Models brand: a finely photo-etched, factory-painted instrument panel for a plastic model of the American heavy bomber B-24D Liberator in 1:32 scale. It is not an aircraft kit but an upgrade part that replaces the basic plastic instrument panel and markedly raises the look of the cockpit. The color printing faithfully captures the individual instruments including the dials.
The photo-etched panel is glued in place of the original plastic part. Because it arrives already painted, the laborious painting of tiny instruments falls away and the result looks fine and legible even under a magnifier. Cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) is recommended; the instruments can be picked out with a drop of gloss clear to suggest glass.
The Consolidated B-24 Liberator was an American four-engine heavy bomber of the Second World War. The B-24D version was among the first to see mass service and was marked by the characteristic high-mounted Davis wing and twin vertical tails.
This is a stand-alone detailing accessory. The model, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
