The richest metal equipment in the whole group: four turned parts for the wing as well as the fuselage weapons, and masks for the glass and three insignia with them.
Responsibility details are not available.
The early form of the German fighter had its armament divided between two places, and that is exactly what makes this set the richest in contents. Above the engine sat a pair of fast-firing machine guns of 7.92 mm caliber and in each wing there was in addition a cannon of 20 mm caliber whose muzzle projected from the leading edge. The package therefore contains four metal parts, two short stubs for the fuselage pair and two longer barrels for the wing cannons.
Those two weapons behaved completely differently. The machine gun above the engine fired fast, accurately and with a flat trajectory, but its round only made a hole. The wing cannon had a slow, dropping flight of the shell, only a single hit tore the skin away in whole sheets. The supply of ammunition for the cannon was small, so the pilot had to fire short bursts from close in. On a model you will see that difference at once, because the wing barrels are noticeably thicker.
Covering shapes for the glazing belong to it, again for both sides, and three masks for the insignia. The set is cut for the kit from the Hasegawa brand. The early form had a more angular canopy with large flat surfaces, so even a less experienced builder can manage the masking, but it is precisely on flat surfaces that every unstuck edge shows. Fit the metal parts only after the masks are removed, otherwise the tweezers will scrape against them.
