This is a resin detail set, not a standalone airplane model. It contains exactly cast replacement weighted wheels for a model of the Grumman F-14D Super Tomcat in 1:32 scale. The wheels have a realistic flattening of the tire where it meets the ground and finely rendered sidewalls and hubs, and so replace the parts from a kit.
The Grumman F-14 Tomcat was an American carrier fighter with a variable-geometry wing. The F-14D Super Tomcat version was the most modern form, with new engines and updated avionics. Weighted wheels with a bulged tire give a model standing on the ground a realistic sense of weight.
Wash the parts to remove mold release residue, separate them from the casting blocks and clean them up. They are bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). The tire sidewalls and the hubs come out when painted in shades of gray and black with the detail brought out afterward. Sand with respiratory protection.
It is an accessory for a model, not a standalone kit. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
