FuG 218 Neptun 1:32 (3D printed)

A finely detailed 3D printed antenna of the FuG 218 Neptun airborne radar in 1:32 scale. This is not an airplane model but an accessory that replaces the coarse plastic antennas from the box with a fine and faithful 3D print. The thin antenna elements look realistic and lift the standard of a German night fighter model noticeably.

Use

  • The accessory is intended for finishing a model of an airplane that carried the FuG 218 antenna.
  • Separate the parts carefully from the supporting structures of the 3D print and clean them up.
  • Bond with cyanoacrylate glue and fit the thin antenna rods with care so that they do not snap.
  • Wash the parts before painting and spray a primer over them.

No. It is a finely detailed 3D printed radar antenna, an accessory with which you replace the simplified plastic on an airplane model.

We recommend cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Fit the thin antenna elements carefully so that they do not snap.
