An injection-molded plastic kit of the British Gloster Gladiator Mk.I fighter biplane combined with figures of British pilots in tropical uniform. The Gloster Gladiator was the last British fighter biplane of the RAF. Although it was already growing obsolete at the beginning of the Second World War, it served on a number of fronts including the Mediterranean and North Africa. Tropical deployments are reflected in the desert finish and in the uniforms of the crews.
With a biplane, take care over the correct setting of the interplane struts and the rigging. The figures come alive with the shades of skin and uniforms applied with a brush. A primer, an airbrush on the aircraft and washes to bring out the detail are recommended. Apply the decals over a gloss base.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
