Ochaco Uraraka is one of the central characters of the My Hero Academia series. She studies in the hero class 1-A and her ability consists in taking the weight off an object or a person with the touch of her fingers, so that they float. A very ordinary reason brought her to the school: she wants to earn a living as a hero and take care of her parents. This sober motivation sets her apart from her classmates and is part of why viewers enjoy the character.
This is a collector figure of the character Ochaco Uraraka from the line that the name carries under the Break Time Collection marking. The number 4 after the name tells the order within the line apart; it has nothing to do with the size of the figure or with scale.
