A set of painting masks for the Me 262B-1 in 1:32 scale from Eduard. They serve for accurate masking of the glazing and other surfaces during painting; the model itself is obtained separately.

Eduard painting masks for the two-seat version of the Me 262B-1 jet aircraft in 1:32 scale. The masks are cut from kabuki (washi) tape, follow the framing of the two-seat cockpit and other surfaces exactly, hold well, leave no adhesive residue once removed and can be reused if handled carefully.
The Me 262 was the world's first jet fighter to enter operational service in series, powered by a pair of jet engines under the wings. The two-seat B-1 version served above all as a trainer for converting pilots onto jet power, and further changes later made it a night fighter as well. The aircraft was put into service by the Luftwaffe in the closing stages of the Second World War.
Stick the masks onto a clean, degreased surface, do not stretch them, and press the edges down with a wooden stick or a toothpick, so that paint cannot run under an edge. The subdivided canopy of the two-seat cockpit is masked frame by frame. Spraying with an airbrush in thin coats and taking the masks off while the paint has only just dried is ideal.
Masks are not a model. This is a set of masking tapes for the given type; the kit itself, the paints and the glue have to be obtained separately.
