A detailed resin set of a pair of Palmer 700x75 spoked wheels in 1:32 scale from GasPatch. This is not an aircraft model but an accurately cast accessory with which you replace the plastic wheels from a kit of a First World War aircraft. Cast resin faithfully captures the texture of the tire and the fine lacing of the wheels, which injection-molded plastic usually simplifies.
Wheels of this type were used on a number of British First World War aircraft. The set contains a pair of wheels and serves as a scale improvement of the landing gear of a model in 1:32 scale. We recommend checking that this type of wheel matches your own subject.
Separate the wheels from the casting blocks, wash off the mold release agent and degrease them. They are bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Protect your airways while sanding. The tires and the lacing come out well with a wash and drybrushing once the base shade is applied.
This is an add-on set, not an aircraft model. It is supplied unpainted; the base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
